Gas Station Development: 101 Durham Lakes Parkway
The current proposal for the gas station development at 101 Durham Lakes Parkway raises significant concerns about increased traffic, potential crime, noise, and pollution, all of which could negatively affect our health, safety, and property values.
If you would like to voice your concerns regarding the construction of the proposed gas station at 101 Durham Lakes Parkway, please fill out the appropriate letter and submit it to Anatavia Benson at anataviabenson@gmail.com.
Rezoning of 55 Spence Rd. (Hwy 92) for Industrial Development
Our community values safety, peace, and the residential character that makes Fairburn a great place to live. The City of South Fulton (Zoning Case Z24-026) has received a request from a developer (KMT) to rezone 188 acres at 55 Spence Rd. If their request is approved KMT would build three large warehouses on 188 acres of land on both sides of Spence Road. This land is located between Fairburn city limits and I-85.
Industrial development priority has left our residents with scarce access to fresh foods and green spaces, essential for a healthy and fulfilling life. It has also opened the door to a number of health, safety, and environmental challenges. If you would like to voice your concerns regarding this proposed project, please sign the linked petition.
